During the upgrade of the Channel Highway, there will be alternative bus stops opened on Goshawk Way, for both inbound and outbound commuters who use the Kingston Central bus stops (please see map).

Anyone wishing to travel on a Tassielink Transit to and from Huon Valley or Hobart (routes 710, 711, 712, 714, 715, 716, 718, 719) who catch the bus from Channel Hwy main bus stop will need to catch the buses on Goshawk Way from Tuesday 28 February.

UPDATE - 747 BURNIE TO STRAHAN Due to the fires and road closures in Zeehan and surrounding areas, Tassielink Transit will again divert via Anthony Road to Queenstown and Strahan. PLEASE NOTE - The bus will go into Rosebery before returning via Anthony's Road. This may delay the service. Important Update Evandale Village Fair & National Penny Farthing Championships 2025 Saturday 15th February 2025 Tassielink would like to advise that on this day there will be no access to our bus stop located on Scone Street Evandale for the duration of this event, 10am - 4pm. Passengers travelling on Route 792 Evandale to Launceston and return will need to utilize the temporary bus stop located on Barclay street - outside oval Entrance for both inbound and outbound services. Delays on Huon Valley Services Saturday 1st February 2025 Route 718 travelling into Hobart is running behind schedule due to a serious motor vehicle accident just north of Franklin. This service is currently stationary in Franklin. Route 716 Hobart to Geeveston may face delays the further south we get . An update will be posted when we know more .

Service Disruption Launceston Due to road works on Marlborough Street between Bulwer and Lewis Streets will be down to one lane for road resurfacing. We won’t be able to service the southbound stop at 118 Marlborough street whilst this is in progress. This will affect all Cressy and Longford services Wednesday and Thursday morning .
